一種考慮參數不確定性和相關性的懸置系統固有特性分析方法A method for inherent characteristics analysis of powertrain mounting systems by considering parametric uncertainty and correlation

摘要(Abstract):
針對汽車動力總成懸置系統參數同時存在不確定性和相關性的復雜情形,提出了一種汽車動力總成懸置系統固有頻率和解耦率的不確定性分析方法。首先,基于多維平行六面體模型對具有不確定性和相關性的系統參數進行描述;其次,結合正則化、泰勒級數展開和中心差分法等方法,計算懸置系統固有頻率和解耦率的不確定性響應;再次,給出方法的具體分析步驟;最后,以蒙特卡洛法作為參考方法進行對比驗證。結果表明,懸置系統不確定性參數的相關性對系統固有特性響應有一定影響。所提方法在求解系統不確定性響應方面表現出較高的計算精度和計算效率,可為汽車動力總成懸置系統固有特性的計算、評估和優化設計提供參考。
